Breath and Meditation

We constantly fight stimulation, stress anxiety. Breath and Meditation class is a time to integrate life's happenings. During this ninety minute class Daniela will guide you to exercise your breath through inhaling and exhaling at various speeds. Class will flow between breath and meditation. During meditations you will be guided to focus on the body and expand beyond your physical experience. Breath and Meditation class welcomes more relaxation and release in every day life.
