Chair Yoga w/Nina (Level 1)

Chair Yoga is a Slow Flow style practice that is done with use of a chair! The chair is the primary prop: we sit on it, stand behind it, use the chair for support, and sometimes will even lie below it. Calling all curious/adventurous yogis who want to try something different! This class is a great way to explore this beautiful practice and beyond with a solid support structure along for the ride for stability, lift, and depth.
