
Our Gentle Flow class offers the best of both worlds. Active, yet grounding sun salutations and standing flows are offered in the first half of class to enliven the body and chase away any fatigue. The second half of class offers a meditative, healing practice, using longer held floor poses. The softer pace will allow you to be more present with each posture. This class aims to enhance your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing while celebrating all levels and abilities.
