Heart Centered Guided Imagery + Sound Bath

Relax with Guided Imagery & Sound in Shavasana (laying down) complete with crystal singing bowls and other sound instrumentation. Open, release, and IGNITE the fire in your heart. Dress in comfy attire, bring water and journal. Guided Imagery is a form of ‘active’ voice led meditation that often allows one to transport through time and space to alternate realms of thought, sensation, and experience. Avoid caffeine or heavy meals at least three hours prior. Goal: To float you home to bed beaming!
