Post Holiday Deep Stretch w/Shawndra

Deep Stretch is a fantastic class for injury prevention and/or recovery! This class will focus on active flexibility, dive deep into passive vs. active range of motion and will target to release the major muscle groups of the body. Students can expect a predominately floor based flow with opportunity for longer holds throughout class. This is a great class to supplement your pre-existing workout routine and help you recover from the holidays!
