Slow Flow Yoga for Trauma Survivors

A FREE class for women that have experienced physical, psychological or emotional abuse in any setting at any age.

This 90-minute class is a call for inquiry. How might it feel to start to let go of what keeps you stuck? If you’d like to lean into accepting your body and the parts of yourself you’ve been uncovering along your journey, then this is the class for you. We will make time and space to notice what’s happening within the many beautiful worlds inside of us. Each themed class includes embodiment, wisdom, breathwork, and meditation.

This class can be the start, or a part of your healing journey.
