Yin w/Rebecca (Level 1)

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of Yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time (3 to 5 minutes) using props to assist you.

Class begins with an opening meditation, moving into a gentle warm up, followed by a series of yen poses, and concluding with (savasana), a closing meditation.
