Imagine this: tasteful screamo music, whacking bolster pillows into the ground without apology, traditional postures flavored with rage-releasing modifications, and breathwork that attunes to the heat you've been noticing inside that wants to get out.
Then we will pause and slow our roll through restorative postures, calming breath, and guided meditation to bask in the blissful, beautiful aftermath of RAGE.
We will end with an integration circle, for witnessing each others' emotional expenditure is a major part of the work of transformation.
