Find steadiness, strength, and spaciousness with mindful movement. This Slow Flow Vinyasa series is designed to help you build a deeper connection to your practice by moving at an intentional, unhurried pace. Each week introduces philosophical themes, breath awareness, alignment, balance and restorative grounding allowing you to expand your practice step by step.

Through thoughtfully sequenced flows, gentle strength-building, and calming stretches, cultivate body awareness, improve mobility, and develop a sustainable rhythm that supports your well-being both on and off the mat. The slower tempo encourages presence, making this series ideal for newer practitioners, those returning to yoga, or anyone seeking a meditative, supportive vinyasa experience.

Feel more confident in your movement, more at ease in your body, and more connected to your breath.
