Foundations in Meditation w/Cooper (FREE)

This class will focus on cultivating meditative tranquility and insight together through the exploration of classical mindfulness foundations. Techniques covered include the establishment of concentration and mental tranquility via contemplation of body, feelings, mind, and consciousness itself. Suitable for motivated meditators of all experience levels.
